We begin with a comprehensive understanding of your medical history, goals, and lifestyle. This holistic approach, encompassing habits and nutrition, ensure a tailor-made wellness journey just for you.

Physical Assessments

Observation is key. In our physical assessments, we will use a varied approach from movement screening to orthopaedic and neurological testing as well as special tests to help diagnose the issue at hand.

Performance Testing Protocols

We have use of such equipment like force decks and hand held dynamometers to help provide objective data that will guide us towards our personalised rehabilitation strategies, and we will continuously monitor these to keep us on the right path.

Progressive Rehab Programmes

We cater to all levels, setting a baseline for tracking your progress. From beginners to advanced, for athletes or weekend warriors. Using our objective data as well as other testing protocols we will create scientifically sound progressive programme that will be coached through every step of the way.

Retesting and Examinations

Further testing and examinations will give you the clarity that you are reach the targets to getting back to full performance. We don’t want to leave you when you feel better we want to know that you are in the best possible place to perform better for longer.

Performance and Longevity Coaching

Throughout our process we will educate you through the rehab and performance training to help build confidence, resilience and wellness into the future. We do offer further coaching, if required.
