Not only did he address my injury, but throughout the process Craig was fantastic at helping me understand my injury, the recovery process and the preventative measures I can take in future. He also dispelled a number of misconceptions I had around my injury and how I should recover, giving me the confidence to push myself when I needed to. I have not had a hamstring injury since, in fact they feel better than ever. I have recommended Craig to a number of friends who have all had similar experiences. Great guy and very knowledgable.
